Beef Tostada with Avocado Cream Sauce Recipe

A simple and flavorful way to enjoy E3 All-Natural Ground Beef. Towered high with re-fried beans, tomatoes, sauteed onions-peppers, green chiles and queso fresco this tostada is one for the books. The tangy creamy avocado sauce is the perfect addition and as a bonus this dish is healthy, fast and delicious!


1 lb of E3 All Natural Ground Beef 80/20

1 tsp chile powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne

1/2 tsp salt and pepper each

8-10 corn tostadas

1 can of re-fried beans

1 small onion, roughly chopped

1 small bell pepper, roughly chopped

1 can green chiles

2 tomatoes, diced

10 oz. Queso Fresco, crumbled

For the Sauce:

2 ripe avocados

1 tsp jalapeno juice

1/2 cup greek plain yogurt

1 1/2 tsp chopped cilantro

1 tsp chopped parsley

1 lime juiced

1/2 tsp salt and cracked black pepper


Cook the meat over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add 1/8 cup of water to the pan along with the paprika, cayenne, chile powder, cumin and salt and pepper. Combine then remove from the heat and set aside.

In a small saute pan add 1 TBSP of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add in the onions and bell peppers and saute for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.

For the Sauce: Combine all the ingredients in a small blender and pulse until creamy and smooth.

To assemble: Bake the tostadas in a 350 degree oven for just 5 minutes. Remove and then place a spoonful of the re-fried beans on the top. Next add the sauteed onions and peppers. A small spoonful of green chiles, then the tomatoes, avocado slices (optional) the beef and last the cheese. Drizzle with the avocado cream sauce and ENJOY!
