Asian Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

A quick and simple stir-fry complete with Paleo certified beef, crunchy vegetables and a flavorful toasted sesame, ginger and soy sauce mix. This delicious beef dish comes together quickly and can be ready in under 30 minutes. Get creative and add your own favorite vegetables and or combination of sauces to create your own unique twist to the dish.

Asian Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 lbs New York Strip Steak cut into 1/4 inch thick strips or 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Ribeye cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
  • 3 cups assorted fresh vegetables (sugar snap peas, broccoli, bell pepper, water chestnuts, carrots, mushrooms) or 1 large bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Beef Marinade
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 3 TBSP rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP oyster sauce
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Mix together the marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag and add in the strips of beef. Coat the meat evenly and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the stir-fry sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Toss vegetables with the 1 tsp minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of water in a large nonstick skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until crisp and tender. Remove to a plate. If you are using a bag of frozen vegetables cook according to the package directions. In the same skillet add the beef and stir-fry on medium to high heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink.
  4. Return vegetables to the pan of cooked beef. Add in the sauce and 1 tsp garlic. heat through. Serve over rice.
