Our balsamic sherry sauce is a rich and dense reduction that turns an ordinary steak dish into something out of this world. A simple condiment that packs a load of flavor. You can reduce this sauce to your liking to be as thin or thick as you like but may we say the thicker the better!
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pour the vinegar into a sauce pan and bring to a simmer on medium to high heat. Add in the sherry and sugar, reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently as to not stick to the bottom of the pan, for 30-35 minutes until the sauce coats the back of your spoon. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour over your favorite cut of steak.
