Paleo Sriracha Beef Lettuce Wraps Recipe

These Paleo Sriracha Lettuce Wraps make for a delicious and easy appetizer or dinner. They are loaded with a flavorful balance of sweetness and the perfect addition of heat. You can adjust the level of heat to your liking and choose your own favorite toppings like sesame seeds or fresh queso fresco to create your own version.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb E3 All-Natural ground beef
  • 1 head Boston Lettuce Leaves washed and dried
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracker black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Water, Hot
  • 1 1/2- 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest and lime juice
  • 1/4 cups dice Green Onions
  • 1/4 cups chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet cook the ground beef, onions and garlic until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, water, lime juice and zest, salt, pepper and ginger. Toss with the ground beef to coat and cook on low for another 305 minutes for the sauce to thicken.Remove from heat and toss in the cilantro. green onion, peanuts, and cilantro. Wrap in lettuce leaves.
