Sauteed Mushrooms in a Balsamic Butter Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 lb of sliced button or portabella mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red wine
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper each
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt oil over high heat. Add in the mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are are brown, 5-7 minutes. Pour in the balsamic vinegar, wine and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook until evaporated. Season with salt, pepper paprika and toss in the parsley.
