E3 Signature Tomahawk
The Tomahawk Steak is a long-bone ribeye steak and is also known as the Flintstone steak because of its caveman appeal. This steak will be the envy of all your neighborhood BBQ events. Cut at approximately two-inches thick, this steak can easily feed two people. That is, if you are willing to share after you taste it.

We have taken our top-selling filet mignon and made it even better by wrapping it in a thick slice of premium applewood smoked bacon. Individually hand trimmed from the center of aged tenderloin, this buttery and tender filet mignon is rich in flavor and a great way to make any night special.
Filets are individually packaged and complimentary banner butter is included with each order.
